Description
These are Multicore Flat Flexible Cables widely used in Hoists, Cranes and Lifts to carry the signals for all the controls required for the sophisticated Lift applications and Cranes/Hoist operations. These cables are available in Thermoplastic PVC Insulation and Sheath of temperature rating 70°C.
These cables are highly flexible and highly reliable, having Glossy surface finish and have high mechanical strength.
Conductor: High conductivity annealed plain flexible copper conductor produced in-house from state- of-the art machine.
Insulation: In-house developed Thermoplastic PVC insulation compound.
Outer Sheath: In-house developed Thermoplastic PVC insulation compound.
The construction is based on the application and requirement against IS 694:2010.
Construction
• Annealed plain flexible copper conductor as per IS 8130:1984, Class-5.
• Thermoplastic PVC Insulation, as per IS 5831.
• Insulated Cores assembled together.
• Thermoplastic PVC Sheath, as per IS 5831.
Colour: Black, other colours available on demand (Optional extra core of steel wire to provide mechanical strength)
Core Identification
• upto 4 cores: Red, Yellow, Blue and Yellow / Green
• 5 cores and above: Black cores and number printing with contrast colour white ink.
